  • “Seller” refers to users listing their digital assets.

  • “Platform Fee” refers to the 5% commission on each successful sale.

3. User Eligibility

To register or use Flipping World, users must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  2. Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
  3. Provide accurate, updated information during sign-up.

Any violation may lead to account termination.

4. Account Registration

  • Users must create an account to list or buy digital assets.
  • You agree to keep your username and password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend any suspicious or fraudulent accounts.

5. Platform Services

Flipping World provides:

  1. A platform to list, view, and purchase digital assets.
  2. Direct communication tools (email, WhatsApp, phone) between buyers and sellers.
  3. Moderation services for listing quality and compliance.
  4. A secure, trustworthy space to build digital portfolios.

6. Listing & Selling Digital Assets

As a seller, you agree to:

  1. List only authentic, verified digital assets that you own.
  2. Ensure all information provided is complete, truthful, and up to date.
  3. Transfer the asset upon full payment confirmation.
  4. Allow buyer to verify ownership before finalizing the deal.

🔺 Platform Fee: We charge a flat 5% commission on each successful sale. This is deducted after the transaction is completed.

7. Buying Digital Assets

Buyers must:

  1. Perform thorough due diligence before buying.
  2. Communicate directly with the seller via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  3. Ensure payment completion and confirmation.
  4. Understand that Flipping World is not liable for future performance of assets.

  • This fee is non-refundable once the transaction is marked complete.

10. Refund and Return Policy

Because digital assets are non-tangible, refunds and returns are not allowed after successful delivery.

Refunds are only allowed if:

  1. The seller fails to deliver the asset.
  2. Payment was made but the deal was mutually cancelled before transfer.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. Sell stolen, fake, or hacked accounts.
  2. Misrepresent asset performance (followers, traffic, income).
  3. Spam, scam, or defraud other users.
  4. Resell digital assets without ownership proof.
  5. Violate Indian IT laws or any third-party platform policies.

Accounts violating these terms may be banned or blacklisted permanently.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, branding, and assets on Flipping World are protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
  • Users retain full ownership of their digital assets until the transaction is complete.
  • You may not copy or reuse any content without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Flipping World is not liable for:

  1. Inaccurate information posted by users.
  2. Any post-sale issue with a transferred asset.
  3. Monetary loss or reputational damage due to misuse.
  4. Server downtime, bugs, or platform maintenance disruptions.

Use this platform at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipping World, its team, employees, and agents from any:

  • Disputes
  • Legal actions

  • Costs incurred from your usage of the site

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Block listings without prior notice for compliance issues.
  • Suspend platform access for technical or legal reasons.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Government restrictions
  • Cyberattacks
  • Natural disasters

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:
